Director of Drama Theatre, Actress and Mime

In recent years she has worked in pantomime with Dr Prof Alexander Iliev who sadly passed away last year, still very young. Estela pays tribute to him today by presenting her show Entre dos aguas and a master class after the show. The shows Between Two Waters and Contact with the direction, script and music of Alexander Iliev (Sasho) have been presented at festivals in Bulgaria, Italy and Sweden since 2022 and are still being presented today.

Estela has always sought dance and body expression as the main element in theatre acting.She studied Theatre Directing at the Academy of Theatre and Film Art Krestio Sarafov in Sofia. There she developed with the great teachers Sasho and Tsvetana Stoianovi, Milcho Milchev, Sasho Iliev, Atanas Atanasov, Sotirova and others.

He was born in Buenos Aires and from there hers love for tango and Argentine folklore. She has travelled to different countries and practised Bulgarian, Greek, Palestinian, Paraguayan, Swedish and African folklore. That is why she is an international artist. Lives in Sweden.

In search of body expression she also trained Bugeikan karate in Sweden when she met masters Torbjörn and Karem Karlsson, Ulf, all students of Okinawan karate masters.

She has worked as a theatre director and teacher in Paraguay, Argentina, Sweden.
